- Attorney General Eric Holder, in his recent testimony before a congressional oversight committee, stated that he first heard of the operation known as “Fast and Furious” a few weeks previously. When confronted with DoJ staff briefing memos from July and October of 2010, a DoJ spokesperson suggested that Holder actually answered a question different than the one he was asked!
